The Nike FREE Trainer 5.0 training shoe stands up to abuse during field drills, running, or lifting. Adaptive Fit construction wraps the arch and midfoot to deliver a glove-like fit. Dual-pull lacing system wraps around the foot and attaches to the midsole to provide locked-down fit and support. Full innersleeve wraps the foot with lightweight mesh to add exceptional comfort and breathability. The sidewall wraps up to cradle the heel and the midfoot to keep the foot in place during side-to-side and diagonal movements. Dual-density midsole and Nike Free flex grooves provide a barefoot-like training experience. Midfoot wrap-up provides additional lateral support. Solid rubber pods in the heel and perimeter of the forefoot are configured in an aggressive, delta-node pattern to offer added traction and durability. DiamondFLX traction pattern lends flexible, multidirectional grip. Flex grooves along the length and width of the midsole enhance flexibility, allowing the foot to easily move in any direction.
